The Competition Commission, by Decision No. 502, dated 21.03.2018 “On the Authorization of the concentration obtained through acquisition of control over Nestle USA Inc. by Ferrero International S.A.”, authorized the concentration on the chocolate and confectionery market. This transaction shows no signs of restriction of competition in the relevant market or in a particular part of it, as a result of establishing or strengthening a dominant position of parties in the transaction.
