TAIEX is the European Technical Assistance and Information Exchange Instrument. This instrument provides the necessary expertise to handle issues in the short term by co-operating with ACA through three ways: Workshops, Expert Missions and Study Visits.

ACA, as an active part of the Sofia Competition Forum, attends each year the forum organized by them, and is often part of the bulletin they publish through various articles.

ACA is continuously engaging in activities organized by SEETO, being part of the working group meetings in addressing special aspects of competition related to the transport sector in Albania.

ACA continues co-operation with the Energy Secretariat through exchange of experiences on the energy market in Albania. ACA has regularly reported to ECS regarding the recommendations given by the Competition Commission for the Electricity Market and the Natural Gas Market in Albania.

ACA gives a great importance to competition policies and has a continued co-operation with UNCTAD. UNCTAD hosts annual meeting of the “Intergovernmental Expert Group on Competition, Law and Policies” (IGE) in Geneva. Mrs. Juliana Latifi, president of ACA, participated at the seventeenth meeting of IGE on 11-13 July 2018 and
