The Competition Commission, by decision no.495, dated 08.02.2018 “On imposing fines to “Vodafone Albania” SHA and “Telekom Albania” SHA for not fulfilling the obligation imposed by the Competition Commission by decision no. 475, dated 21.09.2017, concluded that the obligations are not fulfilled as imposed by the Competition Commission by the decision no. 475, dated 21.09.2017, from “Vodafone Albania” SHA and “Telekom Albania” SHA, and imposed fines on “Vodafone Albania” SHA and “Telekom Albania” SHA with 0.02% turnover of each undertaking for the previous financial year.
