The Competition Commission, at its meeting on 06.09.2024, reviewed two concentration notifications:
- The concentration obtained through the acquisition of control of PR-TELECOM Távközlési Kereskedelmi és Szolgáltató Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság and its subsidiary PR-WORK Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság by ANTENNA HUNGÁRIA Magyar Műsorszóró és Rádióhírközlési Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság.
- The concentration obtained through the acquisition of control of EDISON STOCCAGGIO SPA by SNAM S.P.A.Pas shqyrtimit të dokumentacionit dhe analizës përkatëse, Komisioni i Konkurrencës konkludoi se:
The above transactions will not create overlap or upstream/downstream relationships between the activities of the parties at the national level, and therefore, the proposed transactions will not bring changes or have an impact on the Albanian market.
For these reasons, the Competition Commission decided:
- By Decision No. 1106, dated 06.09.2024, to authorize the concentration obtained through the acquisition of control of PR-TELECOM Távközlési Kereskedelmi és Szolgáltató Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság and its subsidiary PR-WORK Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság by ANTENNA HUNGÁRIA Magyar Műsorszóró és Rádióhírközlési Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság.
- By Decision No. 1107, dated 06.09.2024, to authorize the concentration obtained through the acquisition of control of EDISON STOCCAGGIO SPA by SNAM S.P.A.
