The Competition Commission, in its meeting on 29.08.2024, reviewed four concentration notifications:
- The concentration obtained through the acquisition of control of Cura Domo Holding GmbH by Mavie Next GmbH.
- The proposed concentration obtained through the acquisition of joint control of Immedica Pharma Holding AB by KKR and Impilo No 4 AB.
- The concentration obtined through the acquisition of control of SEASIDE RESIDENCE V SHPK by BOLV-OIL SHA.
- The proposed concentration obtained through the acquisition of control of VITA RES DOO by RAUCH Fruchtsäfte GmbH.
Based on the above, the transactions do not create overlap or upstream/downstream relationships between the activities of the parties at the national level. Therefore, the proposed transactions will not bring changes or have an impact on the Albanian market.
For these reasons, the Competition Commission decided:
- By Decision No. 1102, dated 29.08.2024, to authorize the concentration achieved through the acquisition of control of Cura Domo Holding GmbH by Mavie Next GmbH.
- By Decision No. 1103, dated 29.08.2024, to authorize the proposed concentration through the acquisition of joint control of Immedica Pharma Holding AB by KKR and Impilo No 4 AB.
- By Decision No. 1104, dated 29.08.2024, to authorize the concentration achieved through the acquisition of control of SEASIDE RESIDENCE V SHPK by BOLV-OIL SHA.
- By Decision No. 1105, dated 29.08.2024, to authorize the proposed concentration through the acquisition of control of VITA RES DOO by RAUCH Fruchtsäfte GmbH.
