The Competition Commission, in its meeting on 21.06.2024, consideted in the cases of the proposed concentration obtained through the acquisition of the direct regulation of the company Ancala Topco Limited and indirectly the acquisition of 50% of a capital company Dragon LNG Limited, by the company.
The transactions will not create or other upstream or downstream activities of the parties at the national level for these reasons, intended will not make changes and will not have an impact on the Albanian market.
For these reasons, the Competition Commission by Decision no. 1088, dated 21.06.2024, decided to authorize the proposed concentration obtained through the acquisition of control of the company Ancala Topco Limited indirectly the acquisition of 50% of the share capital of the company Dragon LNG Limited, from the company VTTI ENERGY UK LTD.
