The Competition Commission by Decision no. 491, dated 28.12.2017 “On opening a preliminary investigation into the market for the maintenance of fiscal equipment for fuel trading”, decided:
• Opening of the preliminary investigation procedure in the market for the maintenance of fiscal equipment for fuel trading.
• The preliminary investigation should include the period from 1 April 2017 to 31 December 2017.
