The Competition Commission by Decision no. 490, dated 20.12.2017, “On the opening of a preliminary investigation into the Air Transportation Market of Passengers towards the Austrian Airlines”, decided:
• Opening of the preliminary investigation procedure into the passenger air transport market towards Austrian Airlines;
• The preliminary investigation should include the period from 1 January 2017 to 31 December 2017.
