The Competition Commission, by decision no. 493, “Closure of the preliminary investigation procedure in the market for the maintenance service of fiscal equipment for fuel trading”, decided to close the preliminary investigation procedure in the market for the maintenance of fiscal equipment for fuel trading, as it was not found violations of competition law, pursuant to Article 9 of Law no. 9121/2003.
