The Competition Commission, by decision no. 494 dated 24.01.2018, decided to authorize the concentration achieved through the acquisition of control over the company MAK ALBANIA sh.p.k from KASTRATI sh.a , since the acquiring party KASTRATI sh.a does not have control over undertakings operating in the hotel market and as a concentration shows no signs of restriction of competition in the market or in any part of it in particular, as a result of strengthening or establishing a dominant position.
