Today on 02.04.2019, the Competition Authority within the framework of combating prohibited agreements on public procurement offers, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Public Procurement Agency.
CAA and PPA commit to raise cooperation in the fight against cartels in public procurements as well as in the highlighting and exchange of necessary information related to procurement procedures which are inquired ex-post.
Through this Memorandum of Understanding, CAA and PPA strengthen their cooperation for cases of common interest which are related with the enforcement of the legislation in force for the competition in the sector of public procurement.
