The Competition Commission, by Decision No. 487, dated 05.12.2017 decided to clear the concentration through acquisition of control over the Credit Portfolio of Procredit Bank AD Beograd from Intesa AD Bank Beograd.
This concentration shows no signs of restriction of competition in the market or in any part of it in particular, as a result of strengthening or establishing a dominant position. It is concluded from the analysis that after the transaction there will be no expected change in the market considering the fact that these two companies operate in different markets and none of them operates in Albania.
