Tirana, 4 March 2025 – The Competition Authority and “Qiriazi” University College have formalized their cooperation through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), aiming to strengthen competition culture and promote competition advocacy in higher education.
The signing ceremony took place at “Qiriazi” University College, between Mr. Denar Biba, Chairman of the Competition Authority, and Prof. Dr. Gjokë Uldedaj, Rector of “Qiriazi” University College.
This Memorandum creates new opportunities for the exchange of experience and expertise between the two institutions, offering students the possibility of short-term internships at the Competition Authority. Additionally, the agreement seeks to enhance academic and institutional collaboration, increasing awareness of the importance of fair competition in the economy.
Today marks another step by the Competition Authority to build bridges of cooperation with academic institutions and educate future professionals on the principles of competition protection.
