In the framework of further promoting the culture of competition and strengthening cooperation with the academic world, in the premises of the Mediterranean University of Albania, on 05.10.2022, the Cooperation Agreement was signed between the Mediterranean University of Albania (UMSH) and the Competition Authority ( AK).
This Agreement aims to strengthen, promote and develop mutual cooperation between the parties on the basis of equality and mutual benefit in every area of this agreement.
CA, within the framework of its activity, will enable UMSH students to carry out the professional practice provided for in the curriculum, while students of specific Master’s and Doctorate programs, as well as the academic staff of UMSH, will be given the opportunity to engage in carrying out studies of different markets, in function of the general investigations carried out by the CA.
On the other hand, CA experts will have the opportunity to hold lectures at UMSH for the promotion of their institution and its activity, as well as for increasing knowledge in the field of competition among UMSH students.
UMSH will apply preferential rates for CA staff members who will attend studies in UMSH study programs, training or scientific research activities.
The parties will carry out joint research, promotional and marketing activities, with the aim of increasing the quality and image of the respective institutions, as well as sensitizing citizens with the joint projects of the two institutions.
This agreement will affect the fulfillment of the mission that the Competition Authority has set itself for the further promotion of the culture of competition through the intensification of relations with the academic world.
