The Competition Commission, in its meeting on 14.04.2023, reviewed the concentration obtained through the acquisition of sole control over NIRA Dynamics AB by CARIAD SE.
After conducting a competition analysis, it was determined that the concentration will not lead to any overlaps or upstream/downstream relationships between the activities of the parties involved at the national level. Consequently, the proposed transaction will not bring about any changes or have any impact on the Albanian market.
Based on these findings, the Competition Commission, by Decision no. 974 dated 14.04.2023, authorized the concentration obtained through the acquisition of sole control over NIRA Dynamics AB by CARIAD SE.
