The Competition Commission, by Decision no. 497, dated 08.02.2018, “Opening of a preliminary investigation into the market of technical control service for vehicles in the Republic of Albania”, decided to open a preliminary investigation procedure in the market of technical control service for vehicles in the Republic of Albania, since the conduct of the concessionaire “SGS Automotive Albania” SHPK may constitute a restriction of competition based on Article 9, point 2, letter ç ) of the Law no. 9121, dated 28.07.2003 “On Protection of Competition” (as amended).
