The Competition Commission, by Decision No. 486, dated 05.12.2017 decided to clear the concentration of Fitzroy Merger CO, controlled by CTH Invest S.a., and Ferrara Candy Company Holdings Inc.
This concentration does not establish or strengthen a dominant position in the market and as consequence shows no signs of restricting the competition in the market or in any part of it in particular. The analysis carried out confirms that, due to the undertakings’ economic activity being carried out outside of the Republic of Albania territory and no horizontal overlap among the undertakings’ operations, the concentration will not affect or alter the conditions in the relevant market.
