The Competition Commission, at its meeting on 29.08.2023, considered 4 concentration notices. 1. The concentration realized through the acquisition of control of CIRCOR International, Inc. by KKR & Co, Inc. through Cube BidCo, Inc. 2. The concentration realized through the acquisition of control of the company Efacec Power Solutions, SGPS S.A. from Mutares SE & Co. KGaA. 3. The concentration realized through the acquisition of control of the companies GGE Ireland Limited and EMP Energy Limited by the company Statkraft Ireland Limited. 4. The concentration realized through the acquisition of control of DELGI LLC from SAINT-GOBAIN CONSTRUCTION PRODUCTS ALBANIA LLC. The announced concentrations do not create overlaps or upstream or downstream relations between the activities of the parties at the national level and for these reasons, will not bring any change and will not have an impact on the Albanian market. For these reasons, the Competition Commission with Decision no. 1007, dated 29.08.2023, decided to authorize the concentration realized through the acquisition of control of the company CIRCOR International, Inc. by KKR & Co, Inc. through Cube BidCo, Inc; with Decision no. 1008, dated 29.08.2023, decided to authorize the concentration realized through the acquisition of control of the company Efacec Power Solutions, SGPS S.A. from Mutares SE & Co. KGaA.; with Decision no. 1009, dated 29.08.2023, decided to authorize the concentration realized through the acquisition of control of the companies GGE Ireland Limited and EMP Energy Limited from the company Statkraft Ireland Limited and with Decision no. 1010, dated 29.08.2023, decided to authorize the concentration realized through the acquisition of control of DELGI LLC from SAINT-GOBAIN CONSTRUCTION PRODUCTS ALBANIA LLC.
