By decision no.527, dated 14.06.2018 “On the recommendation given to the Albanian Energy Regulatory Entity regarding the contract for the sale of electricity between OSHEE and EPP”, the Competition Commission decided to recommend to the Energy Regulatory Entity as follows:
In the energy sales contract between OSHEE and EPP to be reflected in the legal provisions regarding to the term of the contracts and price regulation by orienting it towards real investment costs, based on reasonable return on their value and with a reasonable duration.
