Ms. Anisa Buxheli completed her higher studies at Luarasi University, Faculty of Law in 2011 and completed her postgraduate studies in the Master’s program in Civil Law, at the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana, (2013). Ms. Since 2018, Buxheli has been part of the staff of the Competition Authority, first as an inspector in the Service/Non-Manufacturing Markets Supervision Directorate, and then since 2019, she has been leading the Service/Non-Manufacturing Markets Supervision Directorate.
Her experiences extend further both in the private and public sector, working at law firms, the company Albcontrol SHA and as an external lecturer at Luarasi University College. Ms. Buxheli has completed continuous qualifications both inside and outside the country for competition law and in other areas of law.
