Ms. Diana Dervishi holds the position of General Secretary of the Competition Authority.
Ms. Dervishi graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana, in 1997, and completed her Master’s studies in Public Administrative Law in 2012.
She has extensive professional experience with the Competition Authority, serving as General Secretary since 2005. Her previous experiences extend from the private sector to the public sector, initially as a legal expert at the National Privatization Agency from 1999 to 2002, and subsequently as Assistant State Attorney at the General State Advocate’s Office from 2002 to 2005. Since 2005, Ms. Dervishi holds the title of Attorney.
Ms. Dervishi has participated in numerous international training programs on competition law and practices, as well as other areas of law.
