The Competition Commission, in its meeting on January 29. 2025, reviewed 2 concentration notifications.

The Competition Commission, in its meeting on 29 January 2025, reviewed two concentration notifications:

  1. The concentration obtained through the acquisition of control over STEFANI & CO SHA by Eurolab Internacional Grup SHPK.
  2. The concentration obtained through the acquisition of sole indirect control by Dr. Ing.h.c.F. Porsche Aktiengesellschaft over the business and assets, including the franchised motorcycle trading businesses operated by STRATSTONE SPECIALIST CARS LTD.

Following the review of the Competition Secretariat’s report, the Competition Commission decided:

  • Decision no. 1154, dated January 2025, to authorize the concentration achieved through the acquisition of control over STEFANI & CO SHA by Eurolab Internacional Grup SHPK.
  • Decision no. 1155, dated January 2025, to authorize the concentration achieved through the acquisition of sole indirect control by Dr. Ing.h.c.F. Porsche Aktiengesellschaft over the business and assets, including the franchised motorcycle trading businesses operated by STRATSTONE SPECIALIST CARS LTD.
