The Competition Authority, in the exercise of its legal powers, has opened a preliminary investigation into the retail mobile phone market, which includes the companies Vodafone Albania SHA and One Albania SHA, for the period January 1, 2022 – July 25, 2025.
This investigation aims to protect the interests of Albanian consumers, by guaranteeing a free and competitive market, where each user has the opportunity to choose the service that suits them best, with quality and at fair prices.
For this reason, the Competition Authority invites all mobile phone users who wish to share their complaints, problems or concerns regarding this market to address them to our institution.
