By decision no. 541, dated 04.09.2018 “On a change in the Competition Commision’s Decision no. 531, dated 25.06.2018 “On the opening of the in-depth investigation procedure towards the company “EKMA Albania” SHPK, in the rental market for storage and selling of Agro-Food products in Tirana city””. The Competition Commission decided that item “3” should be amended as follows:
“3. The in-depth investigation report must be submitted to the Competition Commission no later than 12 October 2018.”
