The Competition Commission, by decision no. 480, dated 09.11.2017 decided to authorize the concentration achieved through the acquisition of control through the sale and transfer of shares of the undertaking Jordan d. o. o. to Telekom Slovenija d. d.
This concentration shows no signs of restriction of competition in the market or in any part of it in particular, as a result of strengthening or establishing a dominant position. It is concluded from the analysis that after the transaction there will be no expected change in the market considering the fact that these two companies operate in different markets and none of them operates in Albania. Telekom Slovenije d.d. generates income only from roaming services and fixed telephony services for wholesale inter-operator while Jordan d.o.o. does not make any income in Albania.
