The Competition Commission, in its meeting on 20.09.2024, reviewed three concentration notifications:
- The concentration obtained through the creation of a full-function joint venture, ECO CLEANING SHPK, by its founding partners, ALKO-IMPEX General Construction SHPK and 2T SHPK.
- The proposed concentration obtained through the acquisition of joint control of GERMANI S.P.A. and its subsidiary, TRASPORTI VECCHI ZIRONI S.R.L, by EURIZON CAPITAL REAL ASSET S.G.R S.P.A. and MEGRANI S.R.L.
- The concentration obtained through the acquisition of control of NSolution SHPK by Mr. Ermal Beqiri.
All three transactions will not create overlaps or vertical relationships between the activities of the parties at the national level, and for these reasons, they will not bring changes or have an impact on the Albanian market.
For these reasons, the Competition Commission decided:
- By Decision 1110, dated 20.09.2024, to authorize the proposed concentration obtained through the acquisition of joint control of GERMANI S.P.A. and its subsidiary, TRASPORTI VECCHI ZIRONI S.R.L, by EURIZON CAPITAL REAL ASSET S.G.R S.P.A. and MEGRANI S.R.L.
- By Decision 1111, dated 20.09.2024, to authorize the concentration obtained through the creation of a full-function joint venture, ECO CLEANING SHPK, by its founding partners, ALKO-IMPEX General Construction SHPK and 2T SHPK.
- By Decision 1112, dated 20.09.2024, to authorize the concentration obtained through the acquisition of control of NSolution SHPK by Mr. Ermal Beqiri.
